Around half of those fatalities reported were the drivers of the vehicles involved in the collisions. The remaining half of the fatalities were split between the occupants of the vehicles, pedestrians, and motorcyclists. Males are more likely to die in a motor vehicle crash with the majority of fatalities falling in the range of 21 to 24 years old per capita.
